At Mingero, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be in its original condition

Be unused and unwashed

Include all original packaging and accessories

Be free from stains, damage, or excessive wear

Have all original tags attached, where applicable
Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may not qualify for a full refund.
Eligible Return Reasons
Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

The item arrived damaged during transit

The item has a manufacturing defect

The wrong item was received

The item received is significantly different from the product ordered

The customer changes their mind after receiving the item (buyer's remorse)
Return Shipping Costs
Quality-Related Issues
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Mingero will cover the return shipping cost.
In these situations, we may provide a prepaid return label or arrange an alternative return solution.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If the product is delivered as ordered and has no quality-related issues, but the customer decides to return it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the original order value did not qualify for free shipping (orders under $35), the original shipping charge of $6.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product quality and hygiene standards, we may be unable to accept returns in the following situations:

Bath mats that have been used, washed, installed, or show signs of regular household use after delivery

Products that have been stained, exposed to chemicals, pet damage, excessive moisture, or other conditions that affect resaleability

Items missing important original packaging or components

Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified after delivery

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions

Return requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after delivery
These limitations do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Return Processing Time
After the returned package is delivered and inspected, return processing is typically completed within 3–5 calendar days.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement, subject to product availability.
Holiday Return Extension
During certain holiday periods, including Christmas, Mingero may extend the return window for eligible orders. Any temporary extension will be announced on our website when applicable.
