Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers located within the continental United States only.

Orders can be delivered to the following locations:

Continental United States (48 contiguous states)

Areas We Do Not Deliver To

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
Guam
U.S. Virgin Islands
American Samoa
Northern Mariana Islands
Minor Outlying Islands of the United States
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Any U.S. affiliated island territories

Orders placed with delivery addresses in unsupported regions may be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM PDT (Monday–Friday) are typically processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM PDT (Monday–Friday) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Mingero products are shipped from our international warehouse network. Depending on inventory availability and logistics arrangements, your order may be dispatched from our designated fulfillment facility before entering the domestic delivery network.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free standard shipping is available only for orders delivered within the continental United States.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, U.S. territories, or offshore islands, as we currently do not provide delivery services to those locations.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Mingero is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.
